Hello and welcome to a time of being still and being loved. My name is Alyssa Keaton.

And today we're going to practice a posture in our bodies that is going to feel safe and comforting and integrating,

as well as incorporating the right side of our brain to our left side of our brain.

Because any time we cross the midline,

take a moment to find yourself laying down

Begin to inhale and exhale.

Try to find length in your spine by maybe wiggling your hips down more towards your toes and your ankles,
