1:01.8	probably the most common misstep we make in dating and relationships we date the
1:05.9	wrong person we stick it out with the wrong person because we're mistaking
1:09.9	validation for connection validation for compatibility validation for love or
1:16.1	we're simply looking for validation in the first place and we're dismissing
1:20.2	everything else and you know as I always mentioned it doesn't make you a bad
1:23.9	person to do this to crave to want to seek out a validation from other people as
1:29.6	I'm going through review here and then I'm going to bring in my therapist friend
1:33.3	Hazu Joe there's a reason we do this it's not like we're sitting around
1:37.0	thinking how can I waste some time with the wrong person or how can I confuse
1:41.1	myself about what I really want to deserve you know I have found we do this for a
1:45.6	reason a very human reason so I want to talk about this for a minute and see if
1:50.0	we can find some clarity around the why so that we can stop pursuing the wrong
1:55.1	people so we can stop accepting all they have to offer which is validation
1:59.2	external validation and of course the flip side as well if we can figure out why
2:03.8	we allow ourselves to be charmed into submission by external validation maybe
