0:04.4	You know, a lot of my early part of my career in this podcast was understanding the logistical
0:10.6	parts of human behavior.
0:13.2	And what I mean by that is attachment styles, boundaries, right?
0:17.2	Like really understanding what are the literal ways that we organize our behaviors and what are
0:22.6	the literal ways that we create separation between us and others so what's the language we use
0:27.8	what's all of this right and i'm sure you have filled your mind full of these things but i really think
0:35.0	a lot of the healing is incomplete without the nervous system.
0:40.7	And in a lot of ways, you can actually not have to know about any of those other things,
0:46.3	although the skill set is necessary, the language is necessary to put words to what you're
0:52.0	desiring to create, to create the world that you desire.
0:55.8	So I'm not minimizing the importance of that.
0:58.5	And I think understanding things like attachment styles allows us to systemize our behavior to make it make sense.
1:05.0	Understanding narcissism, highly sensitive people, right?
1:07.8	We all have all these frameworks that we discover and learn more about
1:12.1	to try to make sense of ourselves. And yet, when you speak at the level of the nervous system
1:18.7	in the language of the nervous system, the healing can happen so much more quickly. And the feeling
1:25.6	happens. It's like the floodgates open within your body.
1:29.1	So I say all of that because I have had a really deep desire to understand that more and more.
