This is Henry Lopez with you today and my special guest, Kim Aides. Did I pronounce your last name correct? Kim. You did not. It's Kim Addis. That should have asked you that before. That's okay. As we were just chatting, we wanted this to be spontaneous and not very rehearsed.

So Kim Addis, I apologize for that, is with us today.

Let me give our listeners a little background on Kim, and then I'll have her add to that.

Kim is president and founder of Frame of Mind Coaching and Journal Engine Software,

and we're going to chat about that today.

She works exclusively with business leaders who are highly driven to accomplish extraordinary achievements. She teaches

her clients how to manage their thinking so that they react to negative circumstances with agility

and grace. Very interesting topic that we will chat about. She's one of North America's

foremost experts on performance through thought management after many years of study and data

analysis and literally working with thousands of sales professionals and business owners.

She has discovered that there is really only one substantial difference between top performers and all of the others,

and that is their frame of mind. Kim is with us today from Toronto, Canada, where she lives with her

husband and five incredible children for her. Family is paramount, and this party remains at the core of all of her endeavors. So Kim,

once again, welcome to the show and please fill in what I've missed and tell us about what you're

doing these days. Thank you so much. I'm excited to be here. What did you miss? I do. I live in

Toronto. I, you know, you mentioned it. I have five kids. I, you know, I'm remarried, actually, and my five kids were not all born from me, but they all certainly live with me. And so it's a pretty, it's a pretty busy household. And that definitely takes precedence over a lot of things in my life. But yeah, I am a business owner.
