You know, I think I want to take a different twist of this, what I had in mind. I had all these

great questions. And I think I'm going to do a little different twist on this.

So Corey, I'm just, so Corey is a branch manager located in the San Diego area.

How long have you been doing this, Corey?

How long have you been in the loan?

I entered the mortgage industry late 2002.

So a little over 20 years.

A while.

So you and I both, we've been doing this for a pretty good time.

And just for, and I think a lot of people know who you are.

You've certainly been on here a handful of times.

And you're certainly, I know you're a real humble guy.

I don't like to think of this, but you're industry famous in our genre of loan officers. On your, not your team, but just

your own personal production. Like, what, where are you at for, like, as we're recording

this, it's the middle of July. What, what did June look like or what's July looking like? You can pick either one.

Yeah. Well, July, I don't know exactly. But June, I closed about 24 million in personal production.

And it was right around 45 units in total, total funding for me. Just for the month.
