that a lot or I say like I'm really looking forward to this episode you know

thanks for thanks for keeping me honest people but you know that's just the way I

feel and why wouldn't I enjoy doing these episodes but anyway this episode is

going to be fun actually though I'm going to talk about what to do if you feel

that your life is a hot mess right now if it's just the real shit show as people

say because I've a feeling that a lot of you feel that way and I'm gonna talk

about why there's nothing wrong with that at all and why actually I think you

saying that and you recognizing that is a really good thing and it means that

you're actually ahead of everyone else and I think you'll agree with me once

beyond me like just like the mechanics of it I just can't do it it took me like an

hour and a half today to eat a salad and I posted that on Instagram so if
