Summary

In this episode I am breaking down all things BEAUTY procedures. There is so much misinformation, speculation and confusion over what have had done, what others have done and what the best treatments are for various aesthetic issues and goals. I break down everything I've had done in detail, discuss what was most and least worth it, talk cost, recovery, how it affects my confidence, and what my motivations were. I also answer a lot of questions that you asked me on instagram. My goal for this episode is to be open and transparent about a subject that is so taboo and that so many people lie about.

We all know I am NOT a doctor or medical professional and am not an authority on this; I am simply sharing my experience so please consult with someone reputable and credentialed if you want to discuss these things further.

Also, if you like this episode please RATE, REVIEW and SUBSCRIBE! I appreciate you! ❤️

Okay, I don't know why I'm nervous right now to do this episode. I've always been so open about what I've done

0:53.0

beauty-wise, but I guess condensing it into a tell- all episode.

0:56.8

Deep breath is just intimidating. Plus the negative nancies have been out in full force lately,

1:01.8

so I guess I'm just kind of bracing myself. So before I delve into

1:08.6

everything here I want to say a few things. So consider this a disclaimer. After I did an episode a few

1:18.1

weeks ago on going back to school I got so many messages saying that it inspired so many of you to consider going back and

1:28.0

take steps in education and things that you guys have wanted to do but haven't for whatever reasons.

1:34.7

So I'm so happy about that but it also makes me a little nervous about this.

1:40.8

Like does that mean that now tons of you are going to want to go out and get

1:44.8

plastic surgery? I want to use my quote-and-quote influence for good, but at the end of the day day we're all adults, it's your body, your choice, my

1:57.3

body, my choice, and if I can deter you from either doing the wrong type of treatment or finding out about a better

2:07.2

treatment that you could do in place of another one, then that's a win.

2:11.6

So I feel like I'm going out on a limb here and I'm probably going to get some pushback, but just know that I'm coming from a place of transparency, not promotion.

2:24.0

And that said, I also totally support and understand

2:26.9

why people who do these things want to keep them private.

2:30.5

But just for the sake of my platform, I really prefer honesty and I like to have open conversations about this stuff.
