On this episode of The Cine-Files, Steve Morris and John Rocha go back to 2005 to begin their exploration of THE 40 YEAR OLD VIRGIN written and directed by Judd Apatow and starring Steve Carell, Catherine Keener, Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Romany Malco, Kat Dennings, Elizabeth Banks and Jane Lynch. Carell plays the titular 40-year-old virgin Andy, an employee at an electronics store. Rudd, Malco, and Rogen play his co-workers who resolve to help him lose his virginity, and Keener stars as Andy's love interest, Trish. This film sparked a lot of hilarious and first time ever conversations from Steve and John as they go thru the movie scene by scene to break down the direction, acting, storylines, cinematography, score, action sequences and more.
