If you're listening on this hopefully beautiful Saturday morning, I wanted to focus again

on a mindset type of episode.

You've heard me say this many times, but I feel like mindset is half of the battle when

it comes to building any sort of online business.

Because nobody really talks about the months or sometimes years before

the results show up. The overnight success myth ignores the 365 nights before that.

And in a world where social media repeatedly rewards noise, consistency and silence is now considered a superpower. There were many times in my

life over the past eight to ten years where I thought I was failing. But turns out I was just

early on in the process. When I graduated college in 2016 and I really started to get into

entrepreneurship and testing and trying

different online business models. I was stuck chasing what Alex Ramose calls the woman in the

red dress. I would try an online business. It would be extremely difficult. I'd spend weeks and

sometimes months working as long and as hard as I could to try to reach some sort of success.

And when the results didn't come quickly, the woman in the red dress came walking by and caught my eye.

In other words, a different business idea, a different business model that someone was talking about on Instagram that made it look so easy, so quick, so

scalable. But rarely do those people who are creating content or running ads for their specific

business model talk about the grind and the failures before they got to that success. Because nobody likes to buy work.
