You can't just walk in your hand for not praying what does that even mean when I can't tell you what I believe. And today is harder than most. That's why I leave my daily dose.

3:00.0

All right, I'm going to give you all Pacific time today is 1037 Pacific time on Thursday. This episode is probably out today Friday for everybody else. And I'm just curious. We guys, we haven't had the opportunity yet.

3:14.0

This week or last week or the episode we made publicly this week to talk about the passing of Rachel Hill, Evan. So that's just a huge deal. And I don't know what to say about it. But it just seems like man, something to talk about something profound.

3:27.0

Well, I mean, because she's younger than me. She's only 37 years old. I mean, just when the whole thing started going down, it's like, oh, no, what is this? Like because she was having really bad complications. It sounded like from the antibiotics or whatever. So much so that I think she wasn't they had her in a induced coma, right?

3:44.0

Yeah. And I don't even know that it's necessarily needed. That's what I'm kind of curious about is it even needed to explain the story. Does everybody know? I mean, how some people might know, but I think it's comes from a small kind of corner of the world.

3:57.0

Which is a very close to this corner, but it's a pretty broad thing when you I'm trying to get a grip on how big of a story it is or if that's even okay to really think about because on one hand, we have this really small corner of the of the world here where there's people like propaganda and the liturgist podcast and Jin Hatmaker and Rachel Heldiv and so it's like, you know, the corner that we that we're close to where it's post evangelical something or another of people trying to figure stuff out.

4:27.0

I mean, it's something that's a pretty small faction of the world, but this seems like an important person that's done a lot of important things. And it's all the way to where Hillary Clinton was tweeting about her recently.

4:40.0

And and seemed to understand, I mean, you know, she works on some sort of following her blog or anything, but you know, at least Hillary was pretending to know that what she did and what her work was and this is pretty mainstream story. I feel like.

4:53.0

And she was on some sort of committee with the Obama campaign as well. I mean, it's crazy. Like when when she was alive, it's obvious of how important her voice was is at the time.

5:07.0

But now that she's passed, it's really been highlighted in my mind. I think she was one of the more important voices from her longevity standpoint, her honesty, her experience coming from that evangelical and honestly.

5:22.0

If you look, if you trace back her, you know, career, she was pretty damn brave too. As far as the things that she was speaking about that now it's easy to speak about. But back then, it was not. Now I'll never forget hearing about her name for the first time.

5:38.0

So when someone was talking to me about a different perspective of hell and they literally said, have you read Rachel held Evans view on hell. And I said, no, they told me a little about it. Now I looked it up and from that point on, I was like, yeah, I want to listen to this person.

5:51.0

I have to say, let me let me read something that Jonathan Merritt tweeted. I just thought was just a beautiful tribute to her.

6:00.0

He's maybe like one of the best people. Yeah, Jonathan Merritt. Like, I mean, I know I don't even know what you're going to say. And I know I might it's going to get me right now. I just so it's going to be thought.
