Hi guys, it's Rach and this is a quick word of truth.

For today's episode, for today's quick word, I thought it might be interesting if I basically

said to you what I sometimes have to say to myself.

Now, before I jump into this truth because it's a doozy, if you've never thought about

it before, I would love for you to consider what it might be like to lean on yourself for

motivation, to lean on yourself for inspo, to lean on yourself for therapy and unpacking

and the resources that you tend to go to others for.

It's incredible.

Like, yes, get the expert opinion, get the information, read the books, listen to the

podcast, but at the same time, I think at some point in our evolution, we have to start

understanding how to guide ourselves out of hard places.

We've got to figure out how to self-talk, self-soothe, self-motivate, and I've been doing

this work really long time, over a decade.

And in that time, I have learned to be my own coach.

So I'm going to give you some of the self-coaching that I say to me, but at the same time, start

to think about what it might look like in your own life to be the teacher you always

needed, to be the coach you wish you could find.

Like sometimes I feel like I want to get myself hyped up and I'll go look for a YouTube

video or a podcast that's super motivational or maybe I'll go to an inspirational speaker

I've heard before and I'll go find a clip of theirs.

That's incredible, but if you can actually do that for yourself, it's way more powerful.
