Welcome to the Get Fit Guys quick and dirty tips to get moving and shape up. My name is Brock Armstrong,

0:09.2

and I'm the Get Fit Guy. You know what? The evidence is all around us. We simply cannot offset or

0:16.7

undo several hours of stillness with a single hour of exercise.

0:22.1

So today, we're going to talk about some ideas of how you can inject more movement into your day.

1:44.1

1:46.6

but you know what? Over time, it has evolved into a real ritual. And I use the word ritual

1:52.2

because this routine means more to me than just any series of movements. It's the way that I
