Yeah, I climbed out of the, I climbed out of my stupor to come forward for a podcast, even though we're days behind.

It's been a really hard haul, Bliss.

Everybody knows by now if you follow us that I had a total knee replacement.

And it's been four weeks now.

And range of motion is doing pretty good and all that stuff's doing fine.

I just have a lot of muscle pain that probably occurred because I needed a tourniquet for part of the surgery.

And a lot of times they don't need a tourniquet.

I tend to probably bleed a little more than other people or ooze.

So you put a turnicent on and it's caused the muscle pain.

And that has been the hardest part for me to come back from is the tenderness in my quads.

So it gets a little better today.
