1:16.2 | I think maybe the best starting point is what it looks like when you don't live with intention. So a lot of people hear the phrase you're living |

1:26.2 | I think it's the wrong analogy to how so many of us are living our lives because when you are on autopilot |

1:46.4 | However, I believe too many of us are living our lives as if we're a pinball, just like the game of pinball, and we keep bouncing off of things because we get absorbed in all the things around us, whether it's our digital addictions, whether it's people telling us how to live, so we start |
2:08.2 | conforming to societal expectations, and really it's a life not living authentically to who we are. |
