Um so it is the best way to predict the future is to create it. And yeah, it's just, it's just fire. It's just simple. It's in my opinion of, you know, quite a positive thing just to get really people thinking, especially on this beautiful Monday. You know, we got some amazing things happening this week i know you know we're uh take cyber mondays taking place and i know you guys are off to a great start especially with uh your workouts but anyways long story short is when we think of the future like i feel like a lot of times there's a lot of unknowns it's like you know where am i going to be five years from now 10 years from, you know, how is my health going to be in just so many different scenarios. But when you actually think about it, like we have complete control. Like instead of just like wondering, where am I going to be? Like you can just literally start to take action and start to build those steps to get you towards wherever you want to go, whatever that is. And this can go into any aspect of your life, not just fitness, |

You know, by creating your own future, it puts you in the driver's seat, right? Like, we don't want to be a passenger seat in our, in our own life, kind of hoping it goes where we wanted to go. |

| 2:36.5 | until they get punched in the mouth. And what really made me think about this was for me during my diet, there's been obstacles. You know, I've been traveling. I've been going out to dinners, all these different things have kind of come up. And I know a lot of people, it's really easy to have success from the situation's perfect, right? When there's no temptations, when there's not like sweets around, when you're just only eating at home, you're not eating out. But what I think is really important is to have a realistic point of view towards dieting, towards nutrition, towards health. And that's that life happens, right? You're going to be going out to dinners. You're going to be at fun events. You're going to be at parties. You're going to travel. And if you can learn to succeed through these things, like you are going to get punched in the mouth by life, things are going to pop up. You know, we've always spoken how, you know, gyms can be closed. You know, you can experience loss. You can experience stress, all these different things. And the more you can learn to equip yourself to deal with these situations, to learn about them and to grow, the better it gets. So that's why I really like this quote and I've really tried to think about it, even like I said, through my experience, there's been so many variables. And the more I can kind of succeed and at least have a plan, even if I get punched to the mouth and that plan falls through, at least I had an idea. And you can kind of work from that. And when you have the attitude of saying, I'm going to problem solve, I'm not just going to be passive. I'm not going to solve when things don't go my way, the better it gets, right? Like the other day, I was at the gym, a pipe burst or something crazy happen to change room so you couldn't change in there and I'm like all right screw I'm just going to change in the parking lot right a lot of people are changing in their cars and stuff I don't |
