is waking up.

And I got this couple of weeks ago and I started reading it and I could not believe how

impactful it was for me.

And hey, I'm pretty therapist as you imagine.

I'm in therapy.

I'm always working on myself, but this really hit at the exact right place, at the exact

right time so much about how important it is for our own happiness.

To be loving to ourselves and to others, it's so much deeper than that.

But really, the pain that we've been in and what we've experienced in the last couple

of years and how divisive it's been, it's like this book sort of sprung out of that.
