0:24.7	been in Austin with me and the whole family for Christmas, which was absolutely amazing. We had
0:30.8	the best time. And we wanted to record this and drop in with a little bit of a reflection from

0:38.3	2025. And then also, I really want to dive into our goal setting process. I absolutely love
0:44.3	hearing how other people set their goals and how they think about the year. And then generally
0:48.8	how people stay on track. So that's really what we want to get into. But I think starting with a
0:53.5	little bit of reflection
0:54.7	would be really powerful. And maybe you can just share some kind of highs, lows,
1:00.5	lessons growing. I first want to say, we had our highest revenue and profit year in
1:06.8	Boss Babe history in 2024, which feels so surreal because it was not even the intention
1:13.9	going into the year.
1:15.3	Like it was not a goal we set for the company.
1:18.1	It was not something we've been working towards.
1:21.1	The goal has been, let's build something that is deeply aligned with us is impactful. Let's serve. Let's show up. Let's not compromise
1:30.2	our values, our integrity, our priorities. And this is the result of it. So firstly, go us. That's also.
1:37.0	Yeah. No, and I feel like even in the spring, we started cutting things off of our list that we had
1:41.7	thought we might do when we did planning in January and we were
1:44.8	like, we were super excited about. And then by mid-spring, we were like, ooh, that's too much. And we started
1:50.0	cutting things off and still ended up here, which is a testament, I think, of like, what we'll talk
1:54.2	about today. It's just relentless, relentless coming back to is this truly a needle mover, no shiny
1:59.9	object syndrome, no like wishy-washy
