0:09.7

How do we create more practices, more experiences, how do we use different skills to be able to

0:15.9

manage our own experience so that we can create amazing relationships so that we can make good choices

0:21.6

in our lives. And we're not taught how to do this and it makes sense that these different

0:26.1

practices like breathwork, meditation, cold water exposure, you know, all the different ways

0:31.7

And how do we create epic relationships, but also more importantly, an epic life?

1:43.3

This interview today is with someone

1:45.0

who's an expert in the space of both breath and cold water exposure. And I wanted to do an episode
