gym. I want to go get the gym in. But you know, you just got to look for these solutions just the same. And when you have the attitude of I'm going to get it done no matter what, it's so rewarding. And I think that's a perfect segue into my quota this week, which is patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. And the same thing I would say with consistency, right?

It's hard to be consistent. It's hard to be patient, to trust the process, to do the small things. You know, right now, I'm ready to go to the gym and just destroy some back at a crazy bump. But I'm also more excited to help everyone, you know, be more inspired and motivated in their journey. But, you know, more and more. And the reason I really chose this this week is just the importance of patience because like most things in life, we want results now. We want success now. I want to be able to bench 700 pounds yesterday. We know how it is, right? But the people that succeed are the people that keep showing up and they keep showing up even when it's not perfect. As we mentioned, you know, with this amazing Black Friday promo we have going on, if you're waiting until the new year and you're waiting for this perfect time, you know, science has shown time and time again, New Year's resolutioners don't have a high level of success. Whereas when you get after it early and you go, okay, Thanksgiving's coming up, sure, but I'm going to find a way to succeed through that.'m going to enjoy myself i'm going to be there with my family i'm going to eat great food but i'm also not going to gain five 10 pounds and i'm going to feel miserable about then you have to see those same people again on christmas and you don't feel your best nothing fits everything's tight you're going into winter you're demotivated you don't want that so when you can be patient and say, hey, I'm going to do what I need to do. I'm going to bind to this process, even if it's everything's tight you're going into winter you're demotivated you don't want that so when you can be patient and say hey i'm going to do what i need to do i'm going to buy into this process even if it's not a hundred percent i'm going to you know make sure to make fitness part of my life that's how you see the best results it's not always about the hardest worker you know this is a great example in terms of fitness results and health you, the tortoise will always beat the hair here.

You know, you can get someone that goes out there and crushes it, you know, works it harder than ever, but is very inconsistent, lives in a regular lifestyle, versus someone who, you know, just makes a habit to get in the gym a little bit, challenges themselves, makes some effort to eat great food. They're going to see more results because of the power of compounding. So awesome that Josh brought that up because I feel like it ties really well into my quote.
