Summary

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, and it is a great strategic planning tool that helps you look at your business internally and externally.

Before you create a plan for 2021, let’s pause and analyze how things are currently going in your business, and figure out what improvements you can make in the future.
