You heard that right. It's Tuesday. This podcast is officially one day late. One day late.

I think I've only been late like two times and over six years and it's just fucking,

it all caught up with me yesterday, man. I got to New York City and I'm going to put

this podcast up and as I was sitting here doing a little editing boom, I was done. I fell

asleep and woke up today and it's Tuesday and I could tell my body was like, what are you

doing? You're fucking not sleeping. You're not eating right. You're burning it up. It's

time to sit down son and that's exactly what I did. Oh, anyway, it's going to be worth

the wait. I'm telling you this episode is absolute fire. My guest today is a full-blown

rock and roll hall of famer, legendary Nancy Wilson from Hart. I mean, I don't throw that

word around, legendary, but this woman is an absolute rock and roll legend and an honor

to have her on. I cannot even believe I tried to get her on for two years and it happened

on Sunday. I want to thank Chris Joyner, my old friend Chris Joyner, which is how great,

is how great things happen sometimes. I'm in Hollywood, me, Billy Row from rock and roll

relics and we're out having a coffee. It's like, you know, 830 at night. I said, let's get

a coffee and we go into the Starbucks on sunset and whatever. I never remember the

cross streets and I've lived there 19 years, but I think it was like Highland or something.

Anyway, we're in Starbucks. I see Chris Joyner, who is an incredible keyboard player and

haven't seen him in probably 10 years easily. I said, hey, man, what's going on? He's like,

hey, we start catching up and he goes, yeah, I'm playing with Nancy Wilson and I go, oh,

God, I want to get around the podcast. He's like, you got a podcast. He had to do it. It's
