There's going to be something in here forever. some successes, some of our thoughts. And we got some killer questions, of course, jumping into the

0:20.9

mailbag. I think this is going to be a really applicable episode. There's going to be something in here

0:24.5

for everyone, you know, questions around kind of how you can get family and friends into your fitness,

0:29.6

questions about factoring night outs into your tracking and staying successful with that, as well as

0:34.4

the awesome question of, you know, how you can still have success while being

0:38.3

a desk worker and being sitting a lot. So amazing questions today, a killer episode. You are in for a

0:43.9

great one. Sit back, enjoy, sip that coffee and let's kick it off with Kyle's quote. And my quote for

0:49.7

this week is take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live. And this is something that I feel

0:55.7

like I mentioned quite often. And it's just, you know, when I think of my quotes, I'm like, okay, what am I, what have I come across this week? And if I can't say that I've come across a quote from a book or a podcast or whatever, you know, usually I do, I'm like, what has been on my mind and what is something I'm super, super passionate about.

1:09.2

And this is something no matter what.

1:10.9

Like I just think a lot of times, like, you know how, you know, when it comes down to life,

1:14.1

I feel like a lot of times, mind and what is something I'm super, super passionate about. And this is something no matter what.

1:10.9

Like I just think a lot of times like, you know how, you know, when it comes down to life, I feel like a lot of times people live as if they live like 10 lives or they have so much time ahead of them and stuff like that. And I can relate this to the body, right? I think a lot of times people treat the body as if like they're going to get another one at a certain point. And You know, like when I kind kind of think about it like the more of that i've been focused on health and treating myself literally like you know um just that it's i only have one of them like i'm like man okay treat myself with healthy foods you know treat myself with great exercise like take care of my mind i'm like i'm trying to constantly treat it as if like it's just the only thing because it's it's the only

1:44.2

thing we're going to be living in for the next like however many years just you know depending on your age of course and I think like when it comes down to it like you know I'm sure some of you can relate to this like treating your body as if it's like you know I know this is a bit of kind of exaggerating here and a bit intense but like kind of like a garbage gang you know kind treating it like you don't really care treating it like you know just you think that there's

2:03.6

going to be you know, kind of treating it like you don't really care, treating it like, you know, just you think that there's going to be,

2:04.2

you know, it doesn't matter at a certain point. And just when you kind of think of it as day to day, like, okay, I only get one of them. I'm going to treat myself with this, this, this, and you start focusing on that i feel like you're going to be unstoppable and you're going to feel unstoppable so that's just

2:17.7

the one thing once again take care of your body It's the only place you have to live. And yeah, that's going to be my quote for this week. Yeah, I always loved, you know, in one audio book, the author Grant, he mentioned how he has to drag his body with him everywhere he goes. It's like when you're packing usually you want to pack light you want to pack smart you know because you don't want to be carrying all this stuff or lugging things around like it's amazing how we think of that you know with our items but we don't often think about that with ourselves and if we're 50 pounds heavier you know our posture's all mess our back hurts we have no strength no ability you know you got to work like bring that around with you everywhere you go like when you

2:51.1

want to be in your best self you know have your most energy have your best physique and you know i

2:56.3

constantly remind myself of that and the sad truth is if we don't take care of our body our body's

3:01.1

going to force us to take care of it you know whether that is getting hospitalized having something

3:05.3

like diabetes you know being excessively overweight
