Welcome to another week of the podcast.

So today is a super snowy day here in Utah. I have just been like looking outside the window and it is covered with snow. It's so pretty. We have already

had a snow day here where like the schools got shut down and when you're in

Utah if schools get shut down that's like a big deal because normally they just

plow right through it they have like all the equipment so you don't really get

snow days that often which is kind of a bummer but we'll see if we get another one today.

with dealing with trauma. So today, that's what we're talking about. So what exactly is trauma?

So trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience.

And a lot of times when we think of trauma, we think of like PTSD with veterans
