Hi, Kate. Hi, Jess. Hey, Hambone. Hey, Girls. I'm so excited. I'm really excited for this episode. We've been having a holding a secret from everybody. We haven't, but you have. Yeah, Hambone has. I certainly have.

Then as time went on and the therapy process started to help me heal myself, I started

1:56.8

getting closer.

1:57.5

2:02.0

course, when I started really thinking about it, then I'm like, but then I can ever have another

2:05.5

drink. Then I can't like have another like beer at my dad on St. Patrick's Day. Then I can't, you know,

2:09.6

I started making all the excuses. Well, you think of all like those little things. There's never a good

2:13.6

time to quit. Yeah. Right. You just keep putting it off. So I kept putting it off. And then rolling into my 40th birthday, I was like, all right, I can do this.
