So first off, I think most of you have heard me talk about the stacked 34 program, that's the newest program that I've designed that we are all doing on the team forever strong app where we just completed the first block, the first four weeks were kind of the foundation of the program now on Monday, a more challenging little more intense.

And unique training block will start and I'm really excited because the split that we're using is a training split that I haven't done since like my, I was going to say teenage years, I think I was like 20 or 21 when I first discovered this, it was a an 80 day powerlifting cycle that Dr. squat Fred Hatfield had.

Posted it was a full body push, full body pull split. So basically one day, you're training chest shoulders, tries quads and calves and on the other day, it's glutes hamstrings back and buys and so I did that program years ago, and I really liked it and I just found an old training log of mine with that program.

And I was like, man, it'd be cool to modify this and do it again. And so I did, I modified it. So it's not just a powerlifting routine. It's now the, my version is, is a strength and hypertrophy split with longevity and mobility and just overall joint friendliness in mind, you know, being 48 years old now instead of 21 when I did this type of split.

Last little bit different, but so basically starting Monday our week will look like this Monday is a full body push workout that like workout a and then Tuesday will be full body pull workout a and then Thursday full body push workout B and Friday full body pull workout B.
