Like, it'll be more focused around, you know, as we always mentioned, like working, Netflix, taking care of others, you know, all these different things, shopping. Like, you know, go outside, checkmark okay cool i've done that i've gone for my morning walk you know call or even text |
| 4:00.2 | a friend i know one guy uh his name's badros he actually sends three gratitude messages to friends every single morning he said he's been doing it for 10 years i was just listening to his podcast i'm like man that is so powerful like he's like when people respond afterwards like responding back that gives him momentum and that makes him feel great. And I think it's so powerful even just to send those messages or call someone. You know, I know it's very unnormal to to call people nowadays. But like, you know, that hitting the gym, running until you can't like from me like when I read that, that tells me like push yourself like challenge yourself. whether it's the hike, whether it's whatever cardio they're going to do, like push yourself to the point where like, I just, I truly believe we all need to challenge ourselves a lot, which I'll get into after. But, and then also just losing your phone is funny because to this day, like yesterday, it was actually, I was in the steam sauna and just spending time thinking. I spent 10 minutes. I think I set a timer on my watch. I was thinking. I was visualizing. |
