I do want to kind of zig back to the cash flow game itself. And particularly your story on the

how, you know, how did you get into the game and what

were some of the like the milestones like because I think this is very useful for people who are in

the middle of the rat race right now like what were some of the major milestones you had to hit

in order to get towards that point where you had enough assets and income coming in to pay for the

bills I'm very curious about that too. Yeah, I grew up in Hawaii,

a very entrepreneurial family. My dad has his own construction roofing, waterproofing type businesses

growing up, feast or famine is what that is, right? You're doing well or you're not doing well.

My mom had her own kind of at home type businesses. We actually,

for most of our life, we're homeschooled growing up. And so it kind of had that mindset of
