I stayed there for a while.

I felt like I needed to catch my breath.

Eventually I left the cabin and the cold air smacked me in the face.

Like a cool rush of water.

My senses were brought back to life and given enough time.

I found my way back to my watchtower.

My tower wasn't the cleanest place in the world, but compared to the one I had left behind, it felt brand new.

Before I could really settle down, I made sure to contact someone about the body I had found.
