I have always been an outdoorsman. My father and I spent many an hour in the woods while growing

up in New England, hunting, hiking, fishing and camping. It was a very devoted father,

and despite having multiple sclerosis, a very active outdoorsman himself.

Unfortunately, he passed the year that I retired from the US Army in 2017.

This takes place around 1993 in the woods of New Hampshire.
