had all taken their toll of him until somewhere within the last few minutes he had ceased to feel human.

So much of so many different emotions had been drained from him that his emotional reservoir was empty.

He just no longer cared much about anything.

This great evil, where does it come from?

How did it steal into the world? What seed? What root did it grow from?

Who's doing this? Who's killing us? killing us, robbing us of life and light,

mocking us with the sight of what we might have known.

Does our ruin benefit the earth?

Does it help the grass to grow, the sun to shine?

Is this darkness in you too?
