But I decided to talk about this bill because whether you love Trump, dislike them, I don't care at all, there are real legal tax savings opportunities in this bill. So today we're going to break it down as objectively as possible and help you figure out what, if anything, you can do to take advantage up. To help me do that, I brought on tax experts and CPAs Amanda Hahn and Matthew McFarland. Let's get started. So I'm hoping you can help me unpack this. And my first question for you is, is this a net positive? Is this this bill this passed? Is this a positive for real estate investors? |
