Summary
There isn't anything Logan Aldridge can't do and if you tell him he can't, he will probably prove you wrong. One look at Logan's Instagram page and you will see that having only one arm is not a disability. Not only can he probably CrossFit better than you, he can do every sport better than you. After losing his arm in a wakeboarding accident at age 13, Logan went on to become a top athlete and public speaker. He is the founder of the Adaptive Training Academy. He's also one of the nicest guys I've ever talked to.
