Today's cocktail is called here, so close to Cuba.

You guys, my mom got me a Golden Girls cookbook and I've been running through it.

They have tons of cocktail recipes, mocktail recipes, and cheesecake recipes.

So if you're a Golden Girls fan like me, you'll love it.

This is really just basically a mojito, but I did forget some things, so we're remixing it,

like I like to do.

So what you're going to need to make this cocktail is I get about 16 fresh mint leaves.

Make sure you clean them off, tear them from the stems.

Then you're also going to need two sugar cubes or if you can get some really finely ground white sugar you'll need four

teaspoons of that you'll take one lime and cut it into eight wedges three ounces of a good

quality white rum and then you'll need club soda or sparkling water to finish it off and

don't forget your muddler like me because I'm

going to use something else instead. So what you're going to do, and this recipe will make two

drinks, one for you and one for a gentleman collar, you're going to take a glass or the shaker

that I'm going to use right now because our glasses are are plastic and we're going to put half of the

mint leaves in there as we're about to muddle. We're going to add in the sugar cubes. So we'll put
