expert and managing partner of Gelt Inc. Keith Wasterman. Keith founded Gelt Inc. in 2008 during

the height of the recession and financial meltdown.

Keith has been involved in the acquisition of several commercial, industrial, and residential properties tolling over $1 billion in assets. He oversees the company's operations,

marketing, investor relations, acquisitions, leasing, development, and disposition services.

In addition to his commercial multifamily activities with Gelt, Keith recently co-founded

Happy Home Communities, which focuses on the manufactured housing niche.

And so with that, guys, I'm looking forward to diving deep into Keith's business to find out

how he's been able to build a real estate company with more than $1 billion in assets

under ownership in less than 10 years.

In addition,

I'm excited to find out more about his recent entry into the manufactured housing space,

because obviously you guys know that's the space that we're in. So I'm excited to talk to him about that. But before we get into the meat and potatoes, just have a few housekeeping items I want

to run through with you. First off, as you guys are aware, just like I mentioned,

we specialize in mobile home parks. That's our niche, manufacturer housing, mobile home parks,

kind of one and the same. And I only tell you this because if you didn't know, we're always looking

for new opportunities, okay, so if you're out there in the hunt, whether you're in the manufacturer

housing space or looking for multifamily or looking for you know fourplexes

or duplexes whatever it might be you're out there and a hunt and you run across a mobile home

park opportunity we want you to think of us okay if it's something that is at least 60 spaces

in size and you just don't know what to do with it you think it might be a good opportunity
