So in today's episode, I would really like to go into a very quick idea, almost like a hack to making a change within your life.

Now you might have big dreams that you would like to really receive.

And if you think even that term, receiving, it's almost like an allowance where there is no resistance, but you actually welcome what you desire.

More often than not, we are in the scarcity because of course we are in the lack.

We don't have our dream.

We don't have that promotion.

We haven't acquired that amount

of clients or abundance or confidence that we desire. So we are obviously in the lack of. But

when we're in the lack of, of course, the fear, the worries, the doubts, the self-sabotage

begin to manifest.

You begin to hear them in your thoughts.

Begin to create images in your mind of all the things you do not have.

And then you may even go deeper and figure out all the reasons why that is a case.

Now when you go into the reasons, that goes into validations as to why it's the

present reality. You could go into a situation and go, oh, why haven't I got that promotion yet,

Joseph? Why haven't I got that? And then in your mind, you'll be looking unconsciously for all

the reasons as to why that is true. It could be the time you tripped up.

It could be the time when you've got into a meeting and you haven't felt confident.

It could be a time when you're trying to get that client in business and it just didn't happen.
