Summary
Most people do not see themselves for who they really are. Instead, they see through a lens of unworthiness, flawed thinking, dysmorphia and perfectionistic ideation. I struggled with seeing myself too, and to help you start to see yourself for how amazing you are. In the show I'll share with you what I did to start changing, the kinds of prayers I prayed to God in the process and how to start the process of seeing yourself differently as well.
