So what is sales? Well, sales really is, from my perspective, all about effectively communicating

your value proposition, the value that you have to offer your customers or clients. I'll refer to

them as buyers, mostly in this conversation. And what I have found is that the best salespeople

are those who are typically humble and approach sales from the

perspective of serving others. It's not about convincing or conniving or tricking someone into buying

something they don't need. That does happen, of course, but that's not what I recommend, and that's not

usually what works best for small business owners. It's not that hard sales approach.
