1:00.0 | And when we get to come together and have a rev class, we are including everyone and they all |

1:10.9 | And so once we put that into motion, it just brings it about in a new way that just being in a classroom or just sitting there telling them that they're loved, |

1:22.8 | what you put in the movement, which most of them love to do anyways. |
1:26.6 | And it's just so good for our brains and our hearts and our bodies. |
