of the story. So Dorothy Appointe is a 60-something year old woman who's done prison time for

drugging and robbing people before, but since her release, she's been up to

much, much worse. A whole nine victim murder spree. These nine victims included her best friend

Ruth, her fiancé Everson, and seven of the tenants at the boarding house she ran. Although the

police have no idea about any of these murders, they believe that Ruth's death was a suicide because she died of drug overdose.

Although her children do actually suspect Dorothea, and they have told police and they've tried to get them to look into it, but the case was eventually ruled a suicide.

As for her fiance Everson, police don't even know that he's dead.

They've found his body, but they don't know that it's his.
