Thank you so much, Jasmine, for coming on. I'm so happy that we were able to connect because I think

we're very similar in a lot of ways, different paths for sure, but very similar. So I'm excited to

kind of dive into your journey so far. Yeah. Well, thank you so much for having me on the podcast.

I know that we had our little connection chat. And when we were chatting,

I just felt like so energized by your own reinvention stories. So I'm excited, so excited to be here.

Thank you. Thank you. Okay. So I did a little bit of digging on you. And I know that who you are now

is very clearly not how you started your journey, specifically when it comes to

like your career and kind of like where you thought your life trajectory was going to go. And so I know

that, you know, you did have or you do still have a PhD, but you have a PhD from Yale, but you're

clearly just like on a different path now. But I'm wondering

if maybe you could kind of talk a little bit about that time because that in itself and that on your

resume and when you say that to people, that sounds like such a big achievement, such a huge

milestone that I think so many people can really only dream of. So I'd love to just,

if you could take us back to that time and also kind of what the impetus was for you to

pivot away from that path. Absolutely. 100%. I think my life can be very much summed up by I was living

through the expectations of everyone else,

and now I'm living for myself. And so although I'm incredibly proud for having achieved a PhD,

I was the first in my family to graduate college, the first in my family to get a PhD,

the first in my family to get the six-figure corporate job, the first in my family to start a business.

I was always the first, and I am so incredibly proud of that path.

But being the first, like many of us know, puts a lot of pressure and expectations on you for a certain kind of success.

And that success is very much the checkbox success.
