Sarah Manos is a high school educator and victim advocate from Chicago. In Part One of her story, Sarah shares how she loses her canine companions Kirby and Daisy to her abuser, and eventually escapes the horrifying relationship. In the wake of her loss, Sarah has chosen to share her experiences in and out of the legal and criminal justice system to bring awareness to society and hope to other survivors. She also takes to TikTok to bring ultimate awareness to the women of Illinois, building a community of nearly 70,000 people.
