Summary

In 1928, the world's third richest man, Alfred Lowenstein, vanished mid-flight. On Halloween night, 2002, Chris Jenkins disappeared in Minnesota, leaving many to wonder if there was a 'Smiley Face Killer' operating in the shadows.
