The topic is how nice leaders become angry.

And you wrote something about this, so we're going to start with that

right and and this thing that I'm about to read is something that provoked a lot of

reaction from readers I think it was it published in the chief executive, this one was on our website.

Okay, do we got so many responses.

There was something really visceral that provoked far more people than we thought.

So I'm going to read this and then we're going to talk about it.
