Hey everybody, welcome to Mindful Metal Jacket.

This is a special intro.

I am standing. This is the first time I've ever recorded the intro

while standing I look like a psychopath I've been my friend Derek's kitchen in West Seattle

Washington and his daughter is doing homeschooling just not too far for me.

And I'm standing, it looks like I'm doing stand-up comedy.

I'm just standing in the kitchen,

out here visiting, trying to feel normal,

you know what I mean?

We're like, fuck it, let's just come visit. We get COVID, we get COVID.

So far, so good.

Wear our masks on the plane. I don't know, planes feel safe. It's strange though that you can fly on a plane but not go I don't know who knows but that's neither here nor there.

We're spiking everywhere. Hopefully that you're you're healthy taking precautions feeling safe are safe anyways I'm here in West

Seattle visiting my dearest friend and his wife and his kids and trying to help out and I have to say the homeschooling seems pretty

pretty fun actually. She's on the computer, she has little glasses that protect her eyeballs

from looking at the computer screen all day.

Kind of neat, didn't even know that was a thing.
