Jim, I have a little bit of an update for our listeners on a case we've covered here,

best case, worst case, and that we covered, if you remember, in the audible audio documentary

called Breaking Justice the Kane Velasquez story.

Last week, three, no, four years after, no, three years after the incident that brought about

his jailing and charging and indicting, Kane Velazquez was sentenced to jail

in the case where he was told by his son,

his four-year-old son,

that a daycare owner's son named Harry Galarte

had molested him at that daycare many, many times. And Kane Velasquez and his wife, Michelle,

decided to alert the police, which they did. They cooperated. Harry Galarte was arrested and charged

with what is there in California, the equivalent of child molestation. What happened next, though,
