But we really do hope that you implement some of these eight tips. So you can blast out of that and be on your journey to being your best self. What's number one, Kyle? And number one is simply finding your why and making it deep. So honestly, I find a lot of times when it comes down to our fitness journey and everything else, like we can kind of just go through the motions without thinking about it and without realizing. So if I were to give you one tangible tip here, it would just be to sit down for a few minutes, you know, maybe pen and paper or just with your own thoughts and think about why you're doing what you're doing. And I find that even sometimes I can get into a rut when I just go through the motions when I'm not actually engaged when I'm not really focused on like the main reason why I'm doing it so just long story short focus on like why you're doing what you're doing especially when it comes to weight loss a lot of times people will go through a cycle of just like hey I'm looking a few pounds just to, you know, and they don't really actually know why, but I find that those who have a deeper meaning towards why they're doing what they're doing, such as being able to keep up with their kids, such as, you know, this amazing trip that they've been planning for the last few years or like, whatever it is. And if you can go through that deeper process and ask yourself a few different times like why, why, why, which is this thing called |

And it's going to hold you a lot more accountable than something that's not as intense or not as serious. So once again, find your why, make it deep. And I guarantee this is something that can, you know, give you literally months of motivation. And it's done that for myself. |

| 2:50.9 | aligned with where you want to be like it just feels awesome like you know when you get that excitement when you wake up when you know you're getting things done you're becoming a version of yourself you want to do you're you know advancing to that next level you're finding out you know what your best self is and you're challenging yourself more and more and I think that's just an incredible feeling and like when like when you really can acknowledge that, it makes it that much easier to do it. Like there's always that grounding thing and even, you know, using those short term things like vacations, you know, events, challenges, you know, it goes a long way. And we will get into that a little bit more. And that kind of goes perfectly into number two, which are finding those grounding motivators. |
