So I'm excited to have this conversation, Danny, Danny or Daniel is going to share some of his

knowledge on linguistics or of linguistics, which is to put it at a very high level,

the study of human language. And particularly, we're going to talk about it in the context of

small business, including how our first impressions upon our

customers, our clients, maybe a prospective employee or the other way around, how that influences,

how it might be influenced by our accents, for example. So a lot of very interesting things there

Danny Heber is a research linguist working to document and revitalize endangered languages

while studying the cross linguistic patterns, whatever the heck that means, that we see across

the world's languages, kind of the things that we have in common across languages.

He works primarily with the, okay, this one I need some help pronouncing, but I think

it's Chittamacha tribe.
