Alright ladies and gentlemen

I'm back here with episode 400 and something or other

I'm not sure what but this is with my buddy Kyle Tierman

you've met him before I don't know if this is his third or fourth

but he's a frequent friend of the podcast

he's got a show called the Kyle Tierman show

which is really easy to remember because it's his name

and I give him shit about that but he's a good guy

he's one of my favorite people as I think I just said

he's a big wave surfer he's an adventurer

he's a Patagonia sponsored professional athlete

he's you know he's a badass and he's humble and he's smart

and he's earnest and he's working his way through life

with a lot of intention and discipline and consciousness

which I really admire he's not blundering through it

he thinks about every step he takes

and he's gone through some interesting stuff recently

which we talk about in terms of relationship stuff

and you know just life and he just turned 30 or 31 recently

so you know everybody's gone through a lot of shit at that age

including this guy
