Evan Carmichael has a YouTube channel with over 2 million subscribers. He didn't have a master plan. He built it up from scratch. And just followed a few simple rules (which you'll hear in this podcast). My favorite rule out of all of them is this: "Follow your momentum." Evan didn't know he'd be a huge success on YouTube.
