spiritual tool in my life. You know sometimes we find ourselves with news that we

don't want. Sometimes it's physical,

sometimes we find ourselves,

there's just more pressure on us than we like,

and we get discouraged.

we don't admit to it we're sitting here here but that is our story that the life is
